involution forms are frequently found .

size – it is about 1.5 μ in length and 0.6 μ in breadth
.

Pleomorphism is the characteristic feature .
iv)
Non-flagellated , so non-motile
v)
Non-sporing
vi)
Gram negative bacillus .

Pateurella lepiseptica – present in rabbies
ii)
Pasteurella oviseptica- present is sheep .
iii)
Pasteurella muriseptica- present in mice
iv)
Pasteurella aviseptica – present in fowls .
v)
Pasteurella pseudotuberculosis – present in guineapig
vi)
Pasteurella oestis – present in man .
